Care & cleaning
Volcanic Limestone baths and basins need only warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive creams, solvents and bleach-based cleaners; matt finishes can be refreshed with a fine polish.
Fireclay sink care
Rinse after use, avoid leaving cast iron or steel cookware sitting in the bowl, and use a wooden or silicone protector mat under heavy pans.
Specifications & drawings
Dimensioned drawings, cut-out templates, waste positions and weights are available for every bath, basin, sink and tap we distribute.
Installation notes
Floor loading, cabinetry support for butler sinks, and tap hole configurations — please review before ordering, particularly for custom colour.
Warranty
Victoria + Albert baths and basins carry a 25 year structural warranty. Shaws sinks and Perrin & Rowe brassware carry manufacturer warranties supported locally by our Brisbane team.
